Founded in 2023, ASHA JASPER is an Australian fashion label built on a fabric-first philosophy, where each collection begins and is guided by cloth. Our design language draws on classical tailoring and utilitarian references, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Silhouettes are deliberate – controlled volume, relaxed structure, proportion as a point of interest. Each piece is intended to function within a modular wardrobe, designed for longevity rather than seasonality. We take a thoughtful, slow approach to fashion, placing as much importance on the process as the final piece.
Meet the Designer
I have always been drawn to clothing. The tactile experience of it and how fabric influences the form and function of design. I didn't study fashion, but was always particular with fit, as well as how clothing felt on body. This obsession led me down the path of wanting to create clothing, with a focus on fabric, fibre choice and silhouette.
